How do I know if my item is eligible for return?
We offer a 2-day return policy, i.e., you can place a return request within 2 calendar days of receiving your order, as long as the returned products are unused, with the original packaging tags. Please note that we only offer return replacement on cushions, tabletop accents, Tissue Box, Globes, Coaster categories ONLY.However, to process the return we request you to please send a picture of the product on info@sammsara.com the reason for the return.
Please note that items on sale cannot be returned/exchanged.
What if I have received a damaged product?
We’re sorry to hear that your product has arrived damaged. To help us assist you further, we kindly request you to share an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the product at the time of opening.
Please note that all our products are dispatched from the warehouse in perfect condition and are securely packed using bubble wrap, thermocol, and sturdy cardboard. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.
Once we receive the required video, our team will take up your case. Kindly allow us up to 10 working days to resolve the issue. We will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the damaged product from your address. Upon receipt of the damaged item at our warehouse, we will proceed with re-dispatching a replacement product.
Alternatively, if you no longer require the product, we would be happy to issue you a credit voucher. Please note that the credit voucher will be issued only after the damaged product has been received at our warehouse. The voucher can then be used to place an order for any other product on our website.

What If I don't Like the Product?
We’re truly sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. At Sammsara, we take great pride in offering thoughtfully designed, handcrafted home décor made in India, and we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality across all our products.
That said, we do understand that personal preferences may vary, and we respect your feedback regarding the quality of the product.
In such a case, we can arrange for the product to be picked up from your address, which may take approximately 5–8 working days. Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Once the product is received back at our warehouse in the same condition in which it was originally dispatched and has successfully passed our quality check, we will issue a credit voucher for the product value. The credit voucher will be shared with you on the same WhatsApp number used for this communication and can be redeemed on our website.
Kindly note that this request is valid only if raised within 24–48 hours of delivery of the product.

What can I do if my Order is delayed?
We sincerely apologise for the delay in the delivery of your order and understand how frustrating this situation can be. Please be assured that we are taking your concern very seriously.
We would like to clarify that your order is currently in transit / under processing with our logistics partner, and while we always aim to deliver within the committed timelines, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our direct control.
That said, please know that our team is actively following up with the courier partner and is doing everything possible to ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest. We are closely monitoring your shipment and will keep you updated with any movement or confirmation regarding the delivery.

How long does it take to process returns?
For a replacement order, we usually dispatch the product(s) within 10 working days after the return request is made.
For refunds, we issue a store credit/voucher for the same amount less discount within 2-3 working days.
