Can I return/exchange a product I bought from Sammsara?
Welcome to Sammsara, we take great care to ensure that you’re shopping experience is smooth and seamless. As per Sammsara ‘s policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products unless the product does not match the item in the order confirmation or has been damaged during delivery, in which case we would re-fulfil your order or offer a credit voucher of the same value. To return or exchange a product, please write to us on info@sammsara.com along with your order number, a picture of the received product clearly showing the damage/defect, contact information or call us at +917827406008 within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that any product bought online cannot be exchanged at any of our stores.
Returns/Exchange/Refunds
As per Sammsara.‘s policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products unless the product does not match the item in the order confirmation or has been damaged during delivery, in which case we would re-fulfil your order or offer a credit voucher with no expiry date & no limitations on their usage.
We accept returns/replacements of cushions, tabletop accents, Tissue Box, Globes, Coaster categories ONLY.
What payment methods are accepted at www.sammsara.com ?
Payment can be made using Master/Visa/American Express credit cards and all major debit cards, we also offer net banking services.
Is it safe to shop online using my debit/credit card?
We strive to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for our customers. To make sure that our customers; shopping experience is private, safe and secure, all Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed using Razorpay which is highly secure to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. We do not keep your details on file; this is why we ask you for your card details each time you make a purchase.
What happens to my money deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking for an unsuccessful order?
In case of such an event the entire amount will be refunded to you within seven business days, please contact your bank for more information.
Why was my order cancelled by Sammsara.com?
Though we love when you make Sammsara a part of your home, sometimes due to our products being sold out we may cancel your order.
Do you deliver out of India?
Please write to sales@sammsara.com with your order and location for International order enquiries.
What are the shipping charges and/or are there any additional charges?
Shipping is free for all orders in India.
What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
Your order will reach you in 10 working days of placing the order, depending on your location.
As we use third party courier providers, unfortunately open delivery is not available.
How do I return/exchange the products?
In Case product is damaged-
To help us assist you further, we kindly request you to share an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the product at the time of opening.
Please note that all our products are dispatched from the warehouse in perfect condition and are securely packed using bubble wrap, thermocol, and sturdy cardboard. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.
Once we receive the required video, our team will take up your case. Kindly allow us up to 10 working days to resolve the issue. We will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the damaged product from your address. Upon receipt of the damaged item at our warehouse, we will proceed with re-dispatching a replacement product.
Alternatively, if you no longer require the product, we would be happy to issue you a credit voucher. Please note that the credit voucher will be issued only after the damaged product has been received at our warehouse. The voucher can then be used to place an order for any other product on our website.
Incase customer does not like the quality of product
We’re truly sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. At Sammsara, we take great pride in offering thoughtfully designed, handcrafted home décor made in India, and we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality across all our products.
That said, we do understand that personal preferences may vary, and we respect your feedback regarding the quality of the product.
In such a case, we can arrange for the product to be picked up from your address, which may take approximately 5–8 working days. Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Once the product is received back at our warehouse in the same condition in which it was originally dispatched and has successfully passed our quality check, we will issue a credit voucher for the product value. The credit voucher will be shared with you on the same WhatsApp number used for this communication and can be redeemed on our website.
Kindly note that this request is valid only if raised within 24–48 hours of delivery of the product.

What are the Customer Care working hours?

Do I need an account to shop on Sammsara.com?
No it is not mandatory to have an account to shop on Sammsara.com, you can checkout as a guest, however registering for an account has benefits like- tracking orders, accessing the wishlist, reviewing past purchases & to know about special promotions through emails sent to you by us.
How do I check the status of my order?
Our Customer Service team will provide you with the tracking details after dispatch of the order, the order can be tracked through our courier partners website.
How do I know when my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been confirmed.
How & When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order only within 24 hrs of placing the order. For further details read our Cancellation Policy.
What are the shipping charges on Sammsara.com?
Shipping is free for all orders in India.
For all International orders, shipping charges would be as per the actual charges.
How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
You will receive your product between 10 working days, depending on your location.
How will the products be packaged?
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets and styrofoam to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weather proof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition.
Can I place an item on hold for purchase at a later date?
We do provide you with the opportunity to create your own wishlist where you can select product(s) for further purchase. But this does not hold the product for a later date. It gives you easy access to buy that product only if the quantity is still available.
How do I find if a product is available in store?
Availability of each product is mentioned on the product page. If it is not available, it will show 'Sold Out'.
